Job ID #: 76491 Employment Type: Full Time - Permanent Location: Alabang Education Preferred: Bachelors Degree (or equivalent) Business Unit: Relocation Provided: No Functional Area: Project/Program Management Travel Percentage: Position Description Reporting to either the COO or CEO, this position will be responsible for working closely with the US-based Mobility Team, Regional Management, and local shared services management in the development of new customer relationships and business opportunities. These responsibilities included establishing process owner relationships, supporting the process evaluation phase, supporting the analysis phase and coordinating the detailed implementation plan. This position will also be responsible for the customer relationship management activities such as hosting current or prospective customer visits, preparing management reports, and creating business presentations, case studies, or business overviews. In terms of Business Development, this role is responsible for internal marketing and lead generation for designated accounts or for global/regional shared services function as a whole: In this capacity, he/she is accountable for: •Establishment and communication of a pricing methodology •Liason with Corporate O&S or other organizations tracking BPO status or business plans •Establishment and oversight of a process to develop and agree on business terms with accounts/customers (i.e. MOU, MSA, SOW process) •Creation of a Marketing strategy for specific BPO service offerings and all collateral or supporting material •Representation of BPO Services Division to sales leads, potential partners, and developing partners The ability to form and lead cross-functional teams, as well as multi-task in balancing simultaneous new partnerships is essential for this role. This may entail multi-site (i.e. Philippines and Malaysia) service delivery responsibility as well as matrix relationship with home-office stakeholders. The Associate Director serves as a member of the BPO Services senior leadership organization (i.e. BPO Services ManComm or equivalent body) and may also participate in AIG SS corporate leadership organizations. Job Functions/Responsibilities: Function To develop and cultivate business relationships with other AIG business lines leading to successful BPO partnerships Establish process for Lead Generation” through Sale/Close” for new business generation. (while not fully in scope of AIG Shared Services as a shared services operation, elements of the Sales” process will need to be defined and managed to ensure business goals for expansion are achieved) Manage this process for the organization to ensure the efficient and effective coordination of all information and activities surrounding external business contact. Insure coordination and alignment of AIG SS business development activities and processes with the O&S Mobility Team and other required corporate stakeholders Create and maintain company marketing” materials, including presentations, support materials, videos, or any other media deemed as necessary Collect and maintain market intelligence, industry statistics, and key information to be used with relationship development Create and manage a database or information-sharing tool to track all Contacts, Leads, and active BP candidates To serve as the Voice of AIG Shared Services, representing the business to external clients and prospects Serve as primary point of contact for all contacts, leads, prospects, and business partner visits. Prepare agendas, presentations, and other materials required for a successful visit Ensuring local management is kept informed of and is prepared for external visitors Serve as primary host for all external visitors To coordinate Business Development activities and information with O&S management Regular liaison with the O&S Mobility Team to track status of all potential and new business Agreeing migration forecasts with local management and ongoing tracking Monitoring existing negotiations and providing support when required Oversight of Migration Project Management for AIG Shared Services: Infrastructure for Growth Supervise and develop staff and leadership within this function, particularly the project management and CRM skill-sets of the MPM members Ensure local management is kept informed of potential migrations and any impact that might have on facilities, resources, recruitment etc. Facilitate the creation of infrastructure for the successful expansion of AIG SS. A major component of this role may be the coordination with IT/Systems resources to ensure a scalable and efficient systems delivery model is architected and emplaced. Monitor and proactively facilitate increases in AIG SS capacity for growth (IT, Network, Citrix, facilities, training, DR, etc…) Serve as a change agent for AIG SS, identifying all aspects of the company or even across AIG, to evolve and improve the operations model in support of shared services Oversight of Migration Project Management for AIG SS: Early-stage project support Represent AIG SS in the Globalization Awareness migration process for prospective new process owners To act as liaison, or supervise the MPM project team and other project members during the early phases of a project Supervise AIG SS efforts in support of process mapping, IT development, and business planning during the early project phases Proactively monitor the relationship between AIG SS and new business relationships, ensuring the foundation for long-term success is in place before and during a migration To source information and key personnel when necessary to keep the process of evaluation on track Ensure effective creation of the local operations project team, including Operations Owner and Project Manager. Effectively hand-off the project to an established project and operations team ready to drive the project towards a successful conclusion. Oversight of Migration Project Management for AIG SS: Oversight responsibility for designated support processes Serve as the Sponsor for legal/regulatory approval and review process To work with the Company Attorney in order to ensure all legal matters are responded to in a timely and effective manner Ensuring any legal service agreement is negotiated, signed and delivered Serve as overall business point of contact for Due Diligence requirements for customers and regulatory bodies To work closely with the finance and operational functions to prepare the billing rate and, once approved, to ensure the rate is communicated to the process owner in the appropriate manner Reporting progress of all ongoing implementations to senior management To perform other duties as directed To support the CEO and Chief Operations Officer, in the preparation of presentation materials, status reports, quarterly updates and other reports required on a regular and an adhoc basis. To prepare statistical analysis of current and future initiatives as required from time to time. Customer members of project team Position Requirements Lean Six Sigma, preferably in Insurance operations · Insurance industry experience a plus, but not required · PROJECT MANAGEMENT SKILLS: Proven program and project management skills and leadership ability. · INTERPERSONAL SKILLS: Ability to establish relationships with team members consisting of internal employees, business partners and senior management. Serves as the primary contact of CTOM in all Quality Systems matters and must represent the business professionally and effectively. · RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Strong communication and meeting facilitation skills, including cross-cultural communication and relationship-building. Must be able to work with management at multiple levels of the business. Must be able to communicate and form relationships at the executive level, in a global environment. · FLEXIBILITY: Ability to handle multiple tasks and create and execute effective project plans with minimal guidance. Comfortable working within an environment with little or no structure. Develops process-approach where none currently exists. · Strong analytical and reasoning skills. · Ability to work in team environment and lead project teams. Education Required: Required Minimum Education: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree. A Post-Graduate Diploma or MBA equivalent, is a plus. About Us American International Group, Inc.
