Position Description
• Create the submission transaction in the assigned system
• Update the submission status upon request from PC
• Ensure the correction of database in the assigned system
• Prepare submission turn around time and exception report to CS Manager on monthly basis
• Create and maintain producer information in the system
• Update content of department intranet

Position Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Working experience in Customer Service, Data Entry, QA or any related data
• Computer literacy
• Good command in Thai and English
