Position Description
Creates the Master Strategy for assigned SAP GL, SAP AP, or other SAP module test cases and projects.
Revises the Master Plan Strategy based on review feedback from process owners.
Reviews and signs-off the Master Test Strategy.
Reviews and signs-off on close out activities, documentation and approval forms.
Coordinates testing activities, incidents, issues, and risks with the process owners.
Conducts Entry and Exit Criteria review.
Collects measurement data
Provide, per project, the actual hours spent for budget tracking (weekly or on demand).
Reviews and signs-off the Detailed Test Plan.
Provide input for the test cases.
Reviews and signs-off the test cases.
Ensures that the Change, Issue, and Incident Management Procedures are followed.
Coaches SAP UAT Team in the CTOM Test Methodology.
Drives the projects initiated by the team and/or the process owners.
Ensures that operational metric targets such as Attendance, Production, Turn-Around time and Quality are met by the team.
Creates performance assessment of testers.

Position Requirements
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Strong proficiency on SAP GL, SAP AP, and other SAP modules that may need to be tested
Experience with HPQC a plus, but not required
Strong analytical skills; Able to use sound reasoning and judgment when performing test execution
Very strong communication skills preferably with exposure to the American environment
Able to handle multiple projects; Able to execute effective project initiatives with minimal supervision and guidance
Previous experience in reports analysis, documentation and testing
Full Management exposure and background at least 1 year in supervisory role
Very good and consistent Quality Management skills
Very strong Staff Management skills
Very strong Client Management skills
Amenable on working long hours and graveyard shift
Preferably with Insurance and User Acceptance Testing (or other testing) background.
Amenable working in Ayala Alabang and on graveyard shift.
