Position Description
- Responsible for initiating marketing plan and strategy for Home Insurance product to ensure the production budget can be achieved
- Manage marketing activities and drive sales through responsible distribution channel
- Initiate new idea of Home Insurance product or new marketing concept that meet need of target customer
- Engage in cross-selling or up-selling activities on existing customers, specifically within consumer lines
o Prepare marketing campaign plan to support the project
o Be the project leader to ensure the project can be launched successfully and run smoothly
- Monitor and evaluate the result of marketing activities

Position Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration or related field
- 3-5 years of experiences in sales and marketing, insurance business is preferable
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and selling skills
- Highly motivated and good communications skill
- Be able to speak Thai and English fluently and posses presentation skill
- Indulging in selling work and eager to make thing happen
- Be able to use the basic computer program such as MS Office
