Position Description
Work with team leader(s) to manage processes based on established performance standards
Responsible for the day to day management of the team in the absence of team leads
Establish good working relationship with counterparts
Regularly coordinates with the counterparts and technicians for process clarification and documentation
Provide process training to new hires and cross-training initiatives
Conduct quality reviews in a timely manner
Effective monitoring of both individual and team performance
Assist team leader(s) in identifying staff with potentials to take on additional responsibilities
Manage activities geared towards building a strong and cohesive team
Contribute to company-wide initiatives and projects
Promote positive working environment

Position Requirements
1 year tenure with current process or team in CTOM, no disciplinary issues or sanctions, RPR rating of 3
