Position Description
Lead the team towards exceeding performance standards Optimize workload distribution/resource allocation Converse and interact with external Brokers to clarify requests received Assist in training new joiners in the existing work type Learn and be able to train (team members) new work types/processes Build strong working relationships with business partners through active engagement and effective communication Staff engagement Administrative tasks such as but not limited to production reports, inputs on scorecards, attendance updates, ad hoc reports, etc.

Position Requirements
Has been with the company for a minimum of 1 year Has good attendance record No outstanding HR or Code of Conduct Violations Flexible and willing to learn different processes Able to contribute to the knowledge transfer and training process is a plus MS Office proficiency is a plus Excellent communications skill and be able to interact effectively with US Business Partners (in person, through phone , or through email) Has a minimum PA score of 3 in the last appraisal Strong Customer Service focus
