Job Responsibilities Responsible for the development, implementation and follow up of the improvements in the methods / processes of the entire supply chain flow within their region or country. Optimizes the use of manpower, standard time, material, equipment and energy, solves problems in the whole supply chain as defined by the priorities set in the region and business key objectives to achieve efficiency, productivity, safety and quality.

1. Design, implement and document globally mutualized processes, systems and metrics aimed at the continuous improvement of the quality client relationship, customer service and other related processes.

2. Support front and back office projects representing quality assurance and the customers, including initiating and leading root-cause analysis and other problem solving activities in order to identify corrective actions on process and/or product improvements.

3. Develop and maintain interfaces with the other parts of the organization in order to ensure a consistency throughout the organization and with other process initiatives.

4. Manage audit programs and ensure that systems and processes are meeting key performance metrics.

5. Work collaboratively with all Business Partners to ensure all methods / processes deliver the expected benefit to the bottom line.

6. Coordinate the implementation of agreed changes and monitor to ensure they are robust and sustainable.

7. Identifies and documents best practices to ensure continuous project and process improvements. Leverages best practices across plants and/or business units.

Bachelor's Degree required with Six Sigma Master Blackbelt certification preferred. Strong leadership skills are essential to the success of this role. Ability to communicate at the Executive level.
