Schneider Electric has an outstanding opportunity for a passionate individual to assume the role of Finance Advanced Development Program .This program provides participants with exposure to multiple business environments and positions as they move through four rotations over the first two years of their career. The goal of the program is to give you and other recent college graduates the opportunity to develop the necessary skills, knowledge, abilities, and business relationships essential for a career at Schneider Electric. Program participants will rotate through four functions within finance. Rotations will include two different locations and could include exposure to an operations environment, a corporate setting, or both. The rotations allow you to gain a broad range of experiences early on and then provide the opportunity to focus on the area which is the best fit for you and the company. Potential Rotations: Each rotation will provide exposure to a different aspect of the Finance organization and will help to build different skills sets.
