Job Responsibilities Schneider Electric has an outstanding opportunity for a passionate/motivated student to assume the role of Finance Intern in our West Kingston, RI location. Successful candidate will work independently in data entry, compiling and maintaining financial information to management of financial reports.

Responsibilities:
• Support report consolidation. Consolidate data and run simple analysis.
• Administrative support. Support Finance team on itinerary arrangement, document management, etc. Check documents to be approved in alignment with company policy.
• Meeting & Events organization. Support Finance organization to organize monthly management meeting, business review & etc. and other events. Material collection & consolidation. Take meeting minutes and follow up major task.
• Internal Communication. Support internal communication activities organized by HR or company§ As HQ coordinator to be in charge of internal communication of major message§ Daily communication with internal related departments.
• Interpretation & translation.

Requirements:
• Enrolled in college degree program
• Excellent communication skills
