Job Title Management Trainee in China Location CN - Alternate Location(s) CN - China, SH Req. # 32542 Job Responsibilities Req#:32542 Job Title: Management Trainee Location: Job rotation among different cities in China Start Date: July, 2013 Management Trainee Program Introduction Schneider Electric China has an outstanding Management Trainee Program which is focused on creating a pool of fully-engaged fresh graduate employees with accelerated high performance potential. The program delivers accelerated learning and leadership skills development through focused functional and corporate education, on-the job experiential learning, self awareness, coaching and mentoring. The program is directly aligned to the corporate leadership development strategy and its aim is to fuel high potential employees with the work experiences and knowledge they need to unleash their full power. Program Brief • A 3-year program with 4 job rotations within first 2 years on positions of technical/R&D, Sales, Marketing, global supply chain, etc. In the 3rd year, the candidates will take a fixed job and lead multi-function projects. After the successful completion of the program, you can get a first-time leader position and join more advanced leadership development programs. • During the 3 years, you will receive kinds of training, and have a dedicated senior people as mentor. • After each job rotation, there would be review and evaluations with company management team.
