Schneider Electric has an outstanding opportunity for a passionate and motivated individual to assume the role of Manufacturing Supervisor in our Huntington, IN location.

Coordinate the day-to-day manufacturing activities of production workers to meet the production schedules, volume, cost and quality standards

1. Operator arrangement and make sure to complete the manufacturing orders on time with good quality.
2. Ensure finish goods shipment on time.
3. Operator training(multi-skill) arrangement, improve productivity and efficiency.
4. Reduce scrap rate.
5. Handle and coordinate quality problem occurring on production line.
6. Complete monthly production report , quality records and operator evaluation on time.
