Schneider Electric IT business has an outstanding opportunity of for a passionate individual to assume the role of marketing specialist. The person will involve in marketing strategy and communications, marketing campaigns and market and competitor analysis. Successful candidates will work in a dynamic team-based environment where individual contributions make a difference.

Responsibility
• Responsible for marketing strategy, planning and marketing communications
• Understand and sizing vertical and geographic markets and opportunities
• Understand the Go-to-market strategy
• Aligning the corporate marketing campaign of these SAA(Strategic Application Areas) with the local business growth
• Working with the global marketing team for the IMC plan according to the iFOM process and measuring the IMC activities with the predefined KPIs.
• Supporting sales teams with market insights and competitive analysis
• Timeline management
• Budget management
• Management reporting and analysis

Requirement
• Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Marcom/Marketing
• Technical background(EE, ME) with strong business mind-set or equivalent marketing experience are also welcome
• MBA is preferred
• Strong Chinese and English language proficiency (verbal and written)
• Fundamental knowledge of strategic planning and analysis, and marketing research
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Proactive, with ability to self-direct through multiple concurrent projects
