Schneider Electric Energy Solutions has an outstanding opportunity for a motivated individual to assume the role of Performance Assurance Specialist in our Carrollton, Texas office location. This position works with installed solutions and is heavily client focused. The Performance Assurance Specialist is responsible for training the client so they can take ownership of projects and self-sustain them. They also are trained to service solutions.

Requirements
• Four year degree or five to seven years of equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of technical experience - ideally in the area of controls (ex. - Alerton, Invensys, Johnson Controls, Industrial Automation, Continuum, Vista, Tridium)
• Technical background with experience evaluating issues, trouble-shooting problems and developing a solution
• Natural problem solver
• Strong presentation skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to travel 40%
