Work with sales engineers, service sales engineers and other stakeholders to provide installation/commissioning/repair services for integrated power monitoring and control systems in industrial, commercial, and critical power applications. Perform service contracts. Provide follow up support and service for installed power monitoring and control systems. Provide customer operational training and aftermarket support. Develops and maintains ongoing customer relationships. This position requires presence at customer sites, as such, candidate must be able to obtain necessary clearance and/or credentials to travel abroad and comply with customer requirements for executing work on their site. The types of credentials that might be required include but are not limited to, passports, Homeland Security clearance, background and credit checks, etc. Essential Qualifications: • 2 or 4 year technical degree (ET or EET or equivalent) • Minimum 5 years of experience servicing electrical switchgear and other power distribution equipment • Knowledge and experience with personal computers and application software, such as MS Office • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills • Must be willing and available for emergency callout, travel and off-hours work • Track record of high motivation, conscientiousness, and strong commitment • Strong project management skills • Track record of safe work practices in conformance with NFPA 70E and other applicable standards Desired Qualifications: • Experience with PowerLogic monitoring and PLC programming software • Experience with PowerLogic/Powerlink, protective relays, and PLC hardware • Specific service experience with metering, circuit protection, communications, software, and programmable controls, in industrial and critical power applications Apply on Company Website |
