  • Coordinate and administer various projects and programs
  • Meeting planning and extensive travel planning
  • Act as an administrative liaison with other internal departments and external clients and vendors
  • Create and distribute reports and related correspondence
  • Process invoices on a regular basis
  • Utilize your MS Office skills to maintain an organized workflow
  • Other duties may be assigned by your supervisor
   
Qualifications   What you are required to bring to the table
  • Education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma
  • Minimum of five years of related experience
  • Strong skills in using MS Office products (Outlook; Word; Excel; PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong business acumen and professional demeanor
