Overview

Aspect is seeking a Business Analyst to participate in projects withina client'sportal team.

Under general direction, formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications. Guides and advises less-experienced analysts. Competent to work at the highest technical level of most phases of systems analysis while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.

Required:

• Minimum of five years relevant business and project experience in team-oriented environment such as IT, web, corporate operations, management and/or human resources-related fields.
• Minimum of three years of experience supporting and/or leading project teams on technology implementation projects and engagements.
• Ability to communicate effectively cross functionally and with all levels of management and stakeholders in health care setting.
• Ability to analyze and effectively apply concepts in technology, project management, and healthcare disciplines.
• Experience with KPIs, metrics, and analytic tools.
• Functional knowledge of MS Office suite.
• Exhibits professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong client facing skills with proven ability to assist in capturing functional requirements from business leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to make decisions independently to influence others and resolve issues.
• Knowledge of system development life cycle.
• Proven organization skills including the ability to prioritize and multitask while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering. Health care experience preferred.
