What we do.
We pay shoppers to call or visit businesses, in order to evaluate their front line employees. In other words, we pay shoppers to shop! We have over 160,000 shoppers in the US and Canada, and that number is growing every day. When someone becomes a new shopper, they can access our database of open shops, and choose which shops they would like to apply for.

After the shopper completes the assigned shop, they answer questions on an online survey form. These questions help the business know how their employees are doing at fulfilling the employer's expectations. Sometimes our clients have other miscellaneous projects that shoppers can participate in. Some shops allow the shopper to purchase items or services and be reimbursed or to be paid a fee for doing the shops. A lot of times the shopper will be both reimbursed for purchases and paid a fee for doing the shop!
