The Messaging Engineer
should be able to demonstrate the following knowledge and/or experience: In
depth experience designing and maintaining DoD messaging systems Understanding
of MCNOSC operational and technical requirements for messaging services Expert
knowledge of messaging application and systems similar to those in use by the
MC Operational experience designing and operating enterprise level messaging
service for a global DoD service provider. Experience designing robust
enterprise messaging solutions with specific governance requirements. Excellent
written and verbal communication skills, and have demonstrated ability to
present material to senior DoD and non-DoD officials. In depth experience
providing Tier III or higher support for enterprise messaging services
At a minimum, the Messaging Engineer should
have the following education, certifications, IT related experience, and
security clearance: Bachelors degree in IT related studies - or - equivalent
experience 8570 IASAE III certification ITIL v3 Foundations certification
Master/Engineer Microsoft Exchange certification (Exchange 2010 preferred) 15
or more years IT experience (in addition to degree equivalent experience)
