Subject matter expert for Cyber Security and Professional Services support within growing Division in AT&T DOD. Areas of expertise include cyber security assessement, situational awareness, threat assessment & management, policies & procedures, standards compliance, network design, data collection, tracking and management tools, certification & accreditation, and real-time monitoring. Candidates will be able to drive and implement Division’s Cyber Strategy, with particular emphasis on the Navy market. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the Division’s cyber opportunities funnel, including scoping, assessments, technical assistance in developing opportunities, proposal support, analysis and implementation. Also responsible for the development and approval of the Data Management and Cyber Analysis Plan.

BS Computer Science (or equivalent) or 5+ years operational test and evaluation experience working with classified network systems. Recent experience in Cyber Operations, with emphasis on Computer Network Operations.

Clearance: TS/SCI (must have held TS/SCI position within the previous two years, not just SCI eligible).


Desired: - Experience with OSI model, TCP/IP protocols and telecommunications technology is highly desired; Experience with the DOD/Navy/Marine Corp Cyber infrastructure highly desired; DoD Acquisition Level II certification in Test & Evaluation
