The contractor shall use their networking engineering expertise, direct DoD PKI experience, Unix and Windows software knowledge, and experience in software programming and active directory structure to provide post-deployment application software support. The contractor shall provide the following: · Resolve technical issues that arise with the deployed PK infrastructure to include issues conveyed through the DoD PKI help desk, the MCNOSC Operations Center. · Direct calls from key operators of the DoD and USMC PKI infrastructure. · Provide both internal and external USMC PKI customers with knowledgeable, problem-solving resolutions, in the shortest time possible to minimize any customer downtime or work stoppage. · Assist application owners with applications that have either been PKI-enabled or are preparing to be PKI-enabled. · Assess impacts and providing recommendations for Marine Corps action to enable applications. · Provide technical assistance in PKI-enabled legacy systems. · Evaluate and recommend Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) tool kits for PKI-enabling applications. · Provide general administrative support tasks to the execution of PKI logistics activities.
