Systems Administrator SharePoint III Job Listing at AT&T in Quantico, VA

The contractor shall configure SharePoint servers and SSL access and web services on these devices.The contractor shall use their experience with Structured Query Language Server (SQL), ActiveDirectory and Web technologies at the Tier III level and their expertise with Windows Server and PKIand SSL to provide EDM MOSS services. The environment is VMware based and requires thecontractor to use their knowledge of VMware to provide MOSS services.The contractor shall provide the following EDM MOSS services:· Resolve all EDM MOSS incident tickets and provide a MOSS Status Report on a weekly basison MOSS incidents escalated from the service desk.· Provide guidance and instruction to the service desk for handling standard SharePoint relatedincidents and service requests.· Provide MOSS documentation to service desk personnel on the procedures for completing thetask.· Submit and execute SharePoint related Request for Change (RFC) tasks.· Escalate MOSS incident tickets to Tier III and other sections.· Maintain the overall health of technologies associated with SharePoint.· Monitor the health of SharePoint farms with MCNOSC provided event management tools.· Provide MCNOSC project support for SharePoint related technologies.· Coordinate with S5 and other MCNOSC sections on MOSS issues.· Participate in a Change Review Board.· Escalate issues to product vendors.· Follow all ITIL v 3.0 (and later versions) processes as they are applied to the MCNOSC.· Implement monitoring tool thresholds and conduct proactive event remediation.
