The contractor shall use their direct DoD PKI experience and excellent communications and presentation skills to provide the following audit support for MCNOSC. · Plan and execute comprehensive audit procedures of all LRA field operations and Microsoft Certificate Authorities (CAs). Audits of field LRA operations shall be in accordance with the most current USMC LRA Certificate Practice Statements (CPS), the USMC Training User’s Guide, and USMC RA guidance. Long distance CONUS and OCONUS travel shall be required to perform PKI audit support tasks. The contractor shall have all long distance travel approved by the MCNOSC TPOC and COR in advance. The contractor shall plan for each audit to take one week.
