The contractor shall support the USMC mainframe production support services and mainframe connectivity solutions from the NIPRNET network. The contractor shall perform administration, monitoring, management, data collection, auditing, and troubleshooting of USMC mainframe enterprise services; auditing and administrating of mainframe security controls; implementing, configuring, operating, and maintaining mainframe print services, terminal emulation software and connectivity; managing mainframe enterprise vulnerabilities; drafting formal direction for review and ensuring compliance with enterprise remediation measures. The contractor shall participate in mainframe enterprise meetings to include, but not limited to, weekly conference calls with DISA Enterprise Computing Center (DECC) Mechanicsburg and regional mainframe support staff, regularly scheduled section meetings, and any scheduled meetings to review current scheduled operational changes, concerns, issues, delays, risks and resolution of identified problems or concerns. The contractor shall distribute to the Government TPOC a Mainframe Project Status Report once a week for all mainframe-related work efforts. The Mainframe Project Status Report shall include progress since last report, risks that may delay the work effort’s completion (high risk must be reported immediately); steps to accomplish each work effort, percentage complete status, and the target date for each work effort’s completion, concerns, issues, delays, risks, and resolutions of identified problems or concerns. The contractor shall provide all support required to maintain the MCNOSC’s triennial CNDSP accreditation per the standards set forth in the CNDSP program manual, DoD O-8530.1-M, (dated 17 Dec 03 or later) to include documentation and technical writing support.
