The contractor shall travel periodically to both CONUS and OCONUS USMC locations to provide technical services to support PKI and MCNOSC architecture requirements. The contractor shall provide Trip Reports to the MCNOSC TPOC and COR upon completion of long distance travel. The contractor shall be held liable for any loss associated with misconduct or misuse of Government equipment, e.g., private key, certificate, hardware token, work station, provided to execute this subtask. All contractor support staff under this subtask shall be United States citizens.
