We are an entertainment and hospitality company is search of highly-motivated, intelligent, and outgoing interns who are interested in gaining a unique experience in the hospitality and special events industry.
Intern(s) will work directly with our marketing and special events team, build databases, create and execute promotions/marketing campaigns and assist in a broad variety of activities. You will be helping to develop new business and facilitate upcoming events and leads. You will be assisting with event sales as well as event set up/break down, entertainment coordination. You will be working with website as well adding new material such as pictures taken from events, update information regarding upcoming events.
1.Strong knowledge of PC and Mac computers , tech savvy update and service website
2.Must be willing to help with events during evenings and/or weekends.
3.Must be well organized, flexible multi- tasker, with managerial skills
4.Strong writing skills.
5.Knowledge of Excel, Word, etc
6.Social media savvy (Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, etc)
7.Availability of at least 15 hours a week
8.social event setup on social and event websites; update event calendar
9.Research for new venues for future events
