Job Summary:
The Financial Services Manager is responsible for customer financial services activity in the dealership.
Job Responsibilities:
o Adhere to all state and federal laws and regulations as they apply to Finance and Insurance
o Maintain an efficient workflow of all finance office processes
o Contract deals
o Maintain proper lender mix
o Adhere to Approved Product and Product Pricing Guidelines
o Log all deliveries accurately and in a timely manner
o Maintain chargebacks at an acceptable level
o Verify lien payoff balances and automotive insurance policies
o Verify all customer signatures
o Copy all non-prime documents
o Verify customer vehicle deposit receipts
o Assist the sales team in structuring deals
o Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers
o Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards

Required Experience
Qualifications:
o Must meet company's requirements for employment
o Ability to operate personal computers including Microsoft E-mail and Word
o Ability to train store associates
o Must have a valid Driver's License

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
o Normal office environment
o Prolonged periods of personal computer usage and data entry
o Ability to operate an automobile

Required Education
High school diploma or equivalent
College Education or equivalent work experience
