Job Summary:
The Financial Services Manager is responsible for the supervision of all customer financial services activity within the dealership.
Job Responsibilities:
o Ensure efficient workflow of all finance office processes.
o Ensure adherence to all state and federal laws and regulations as they apply to Finance and Insurance
o Maintain proper lender mix
o Ensure timely funding of all contracts and control of contracts in transit
o Resolution of all returned contracts
o Manage chargebacks to acceptable level
o Ensure adherence to Approved Product and Product Pricing Guidelines
o Ensure proper utilization of Dealer Suite and E-log
o Conduct frequent deal audits to ensure compliance
o Evaluate, coach, and train staff via observation, testing, and role-playing
o Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers
o Assist sales desk in structuring deals
o Contract deals when applicable
o Manage Finance and Insurance Department schedule and staffing
o Assist in the recruiting and interviewing of new staff members
o Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards

Required Experience
Qualifications:
* Must have previous automotive F&I experience
o Must meet company's requirements for employment
o Working knowledge of non-prime market
o Working knowledge of all finance and insurance products
o Ability to train finance and sales personnel
o Must have a valid drivers license
o Strong organizational skills
o Valid Finance and Insurance licenses as required by state
o Ability to operate personal computers including E-Mail, Word, and Excel
o Three to five years of automotive finance and insurance experience
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:
o Normal office environment
o Ability to operate an automobile
o Prolonged periods of personal computer usage and data entry

Required Education
High school diploma or equivalent
College Education or equivalent work experience
