A Product Specialist is responsible for assisting customers with all the information necessary to facilitate the purchase of their vehicle.These duties include, but are not limited to, detail product information, product features and locations of features, review of appropriate literature, reviewing manuals and feature guides. The Product Specialist will provide the customer with all the detailed feature needs, manufacturing information, and point of placed controls. The Product Specialist will introduce the customer to all the product manuals and information. Customers may requests additional discussion of product. The product specialist will build a friendly and professional relationship with the customer to help satisfy all inquiries and open questions for each purchased product vehicle.

Required Experience
Ideal candidates will have:
o Proven track record of achieving or over-achieving effective goals
o Outstanding communication skills
o Professional appearance and work ethic
o Great attitude with a high-energy personality
o Superior customer service skills
o 2 or more years customer service and retail sales experience is preferred

Required Education
o High school graduate or equivalent
Some College
