We are looking for the right candidate to join our Property Operations Team as a Concierge.

The Concierge will be responsible for implementing programs to address resident satisfaction with services provided by AVB. The concierge will ensure that entrance is only by authorized individuals. He/she responds to resident requests and inquires and works to address resident concerns in accordance with the company's customer service standards. The concierge will have a gracious approach to all activities, greet visitors and residents, handle calls and assist with resident issues.

Schedule: Saturday and Sunday from 3pm to 11pm.

Qualified candidates will have a positive, upbeat demeanor with outstanding customer service skills, excellent communication and organizational skills. High School diploma or equivalent (GED). Related experience in a hotel, retail or restaurant is desired
