Coaching, mentoring, training and assessment of District Sales Managers, as it relates to the fundamentals of Prospecting, Appointing, Training and Developing Representatives along with the Avon Field Management Process

Coach, mentor and assess behavior and interactions with field Sales Management. Coach District Manager on their training of, interactions with and coaching of Representatives.

Prescribe skill and competence enhancements for working with DSM as it relates to PATD

Partner closely with Division Sales Manager to plan for necessary field coaching and training and execute planned strategies.

Conducting presentations at various Sales Leader Staff meeting and selected Sales Leadership Development conferences.
(Career Development Sessions).

Support of the growth and establishment of the Sales Strategies within Avon and engagement in activities and special projects in support of such.

Position about 90% travel across the entire US at all times depending upon assignment by our Director. FTM's are required to be in the field a minimum of 3-4 days each week with 1 day assessments and minimum 4 days each week with 2-day assessments. Position will always require extensive travel.
