· As a Senior Audit Analyst you will conduct a wide range of financial, compliance operational and system audits and execute other activities designed to provide a systematic, objective and independent assessment of the operations, financials and internal controls across Avon globally

· Assess the business processes to ensure compliance with code of conduct, financial information is accurate and reliable, risks are identified and managed, systems of management and control are in place and functioning, and resources are effectively and efficiently used

· Develop, support and evaluate audit findings and communicate practical, justified recommendations to management

· Be a business partner to management through effective communication and cooperation with the business.

· Manage team of auditors (including internal and co-sourced staff)

· Lead all phases of the audit from planning, fieldwork and report writing. Develop audit programs that will evaluate the scope and objectives of the review.

· Prepare comprehensive workpapers with supporting documentation

· Understand and support, risk management compliance and SOX program

· Demonstrate the highest standard of quality, objectivity, professionalism, and integrity

Bachelor's in Accounting, Business, or Finance

Minimum of 4 years of public accounting or relevant experience

CPA / CIA – Or other equivalent certification achieved or actively pursuing

Strong understanding of financial statements (Balance Sheet and Income Statement) and key accounts (i.e Inventory, AR, Prepaids) and US GAAP

Good understanding of auditing and risk evaluation (or good operating knowledge of Avon)

Strong leadership skills, and drive for constant development of self and team.

Strong time management, organization and project management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
