DescriptionTitle: Senior Technical Specialist - HR IT Workday Integrations Lead
Location: US-NY-Rye Other Locations: This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing IT Center of Excellence (CoE) team supporting the global implementation and on-going operation of a new Cloud based HR Workday solution for Human Resources. The role will participate in the implementation and lead on-going support of data integrations as part of Avon’s overall HR transformation globally. The role of the integration lead is to plan, deliver, and maintain quality interfaces that are aligned with Avon’s HR strategy working closely with senior IT management, key business stakeholders and the selected implementation partner. The HR IT Workday Integrations Lead Roles and Responsibilities include: * Partner with Avon’s implementation team to migrate and maintain global integration assets for the project * Lead the knowledge transfer to Avon IT from the implementation partner * Develop and maintain Avon’s global HR Workday integrations * Maintain tools and templates for each SaaS release/update (3 times per year) * Coordinate regression and release management * Direct junior resources in the integration assets * Coach project resources on the conversion processes and tools * Help support various projects or application outsourcing clients with integrations across multiple third parties and Avon (e.g., Master Data Management (MDM) Hub) * Coordinate with regional/market counterpart(s) for project phases or waves / asset development and support * Participate in Communities to remain connected with Could Computing/SaaS solution providers and customers * Adhere to the Comprehensive Delivery Process (CDP) methodology and keep Clarity up to date for assigned projects. Bachelor's degree in Business (or Management), Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required; an MBA is desirable. * At least 5-7 years of technical experience with global human resources applications / implementations; including Workday HCM * Experience building and managing integrations in the Cloud (e.g., Integration Cloud Platform - Integration Platform-as-a-Service (iPaaS) * Strong experience with HR data integrations; Workday Cloud Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), Workday Cloud Connect, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and Workday Studio * Expertise in SQL, Eclipse, XML, XSLT, and Web Services technologies * Understanding of Integrated Development Environments (IDE) tools * Certifications a plus * At least 5 years of configuration / development experience in Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, SuccessFactors, and Taleo * Experience with systems optimization and efficiencies * Experience with system/data integrations, testing, and application configuration * Understanding of IT Architecture principles * Experience with Cloud and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions; such as Workday, Salesforce.com, SuccessFactors) and Single-Sign On (SSO) approaches * Experience with Enterprise Portal technologies, PeopleSoft, Org Publisher, Workforce Analytics tools and Data Security; including Secured FTP and scripting/encryption tools * Demonstrated leadership of multidiscipline, high-performance work teams/groups * Demonstrated high competency in the execution of multiple large projects across multiple projects to meet goals and manage change control * Travel up to 40% *LI-FR *LI-FR Apply on Company Website |
