Accounts Receivable Billing Representative
Salary Commensurate with Experience

Barnes & Noble College is searching for a Billing Representative that will process all billings as well as, maintenance of the master file for the accounts assigned to them for Accounts Receivable. In addition, they will be required to assist in setting up Remit from customers in PeopleSoft for the purposes of billing and follow through that all invoices are sent out.

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting preferred.. Two to three years of experience in a high volume billing department. Strong MSWord and MSExcel skills are a must. Must have mathematical ability and figure aptitude. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
