Working Environment:
The physical demands required to perform the essential responsibilities of this position are as follows. Reasonable accommodations, if necessary and/or as required by law, will be made available.
? This position requires the employee to regularly stand, walk and use hands to handle or touch; frequently talk, hear and lift up to 50 pounds; and occasionally sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach above shoulders, and lift more than 50 pounds.
? The position also requires the employee to occasionally use electrical cables, simple hand tools, a magnifying glass, automotive and electronic testing equipment, and a company automobile.
? While performing the responsibilities of this position, the employee will occasionally be exposed to outdoor weather conditions and the risk of electrical shock. The level of noise in the working environment is moderate.
? Protective clothing and/or equipment used in this position may include goggles, gloves, lifting belts and steel-toed shoes.

Duties:
Customer Service / Sales
? Greet customers, determine needs and answer questions
? Suggest and sell add-on items, participate in retail store and commercial sales activities in order to achieve sales and profit goals
? Ask questions to identify potential commercial customers
? Operate computer/cash register to complete sales transactions with accuracy
? Answer phones, ensuring messages are relayed
? Assist in achieving retail and commercial sales initiatives
? Watch for loss prevention issues and advise management of any unusual activities
? Function as a team player doing whatever is necessary to help attain company goals
? Demonstrate a customer first mentality

Merchandising / Inventory
? Rotate and stock inventory
? Install batteries, perform tests and tech work
? Load, unload, and deliver or arrange delivery of product to customers or via third party delivery companies
? Organize daily recovery of displays to achieve full store appearance
? Maintain retail shelf label pricing
? Build displays; setting up & taking down shelves and fixtures
? Prepare store for daily opening and closing
? Maintain physical facility safety and appearance including: sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Maintain restroom cleanliness
? Follow all safety rules and regulations. Safety first!

Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
? H.S. diploma/equivalent and one year prior work experience in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior retail experience strongly desired.
? Ability to gain quick and solid understanding of company?s electronic retail and cross reference system; capable of adapting learning to incorporate new technology
? Ability to make decisions and use judgment within standardized procedures
? Good listening and verbal communication skills with a customer focus; knowledge of customer service policies/procedures
? Must possess and use organizational and analytical problem solving skills
? Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks to effectively prioritize, follow up, and meet deadlines with multiple tasks and projects
? Ability to read gauges and instruments and calculate math, including percentages, ratios and algebra
? Demonstrated technical aptitude and/or technical experience.
? Valid driver?s license and clean driving record preferred.
? Bilingual English and Spanish, with fluency in written and verbal communication.
? Meet highest standards of ethics, integrity, teamwork, and initiative.
