The HR Systems Consultant will participate on projects with multiple HR platforms including, but not limited to, PeopleSoft, SAP, Taleo, Success Factors and Lawson. The incumbent functions as a leader in terms of looking at the HR business and then understanding the application to automate or support those HR business functions. The incumbent may address escalated HR user application support issues, drives system utilization, performs system testing and completes system documentation.

  • Leads the internal Baylor demand management team to prioritize and manage expectations for HR systemor process change requests.
  • Understand the HR Business and System strategy and ensures changes align to these strategies.
  • Acts as the program manager for the on-going annual Performance Management/Merit Cycle.
  • Provides project management direction on engagements, assuring the project is on time and with in scope and budget.
  • Identifies the need for change and makes recommendations for enhancements for the end to end HRIS to payroll processes.
  • Works in collaboration with the HR Administration Director to recommend Human Resource strategies, service delivery methods, and organization models that support business objectives.
