General Description
As marketing intern for a young non-profit you will have the opportunity to assist with cause marketing campaigns, public relations, events, copy writing and competitive research and advertising.

Reporting:
Intern reports to Co-Founder and Marketing and Events Coordinator
Prepare a weekly project status reports
Maintain time spent on activities

Knowledge & Skills:
Capable of initiating and maintaining strong personal relationships
Coordinate with development staff to complete associated marketing programs
High degree of organization and self-motivation required
Keep apprised of upcoming opportunities for non-profit organizations
Proficient in the use of word processing, spreadsheet, and social media

The Beauty Bus Foundation delivers dignity, hope and respite to chronically or terminally ill men, women and children and their caregivers through beauty and grooming services and pampering products. Beauty Bus accomplishes our mission through In-Home Beauty and Grooming Services, Pop-Up Salons, and the Bag of Beauty Program. Beauty Bus core program provides in-home beauty and grooming services, free of charge, to patients whose illness or condition prevents them from accessing a salon or spa, and their caregivers.
