Support the planning, coordination, execution, tracking/reporting/analytics of multiple CTS marketing programs with emphasis on online efforts
Assist Director and Marketing Managers to plan and integrate design and messaging sequences across online and print platforms. Collaborate on a cohesive messaging strategy across all CTS marketing vehicles. Collaborate on the development of an ongoing marketing content calendar and assume ownership of calendar maintenance and communication. Provide input, ideas and inspiration for marketing programs across channels. Monitor, document and assess competitive landscape and consumer trends to provide input on strategic direction for overall messaging and online efforts. Provide reporting/measurement/analyses of events, programs and initiatives to develop facts and tools that assist with future strategizing, planning and decision-making.
Job Requirements Requirements
Develop strong relationships with buying and planning teams to enhance understanding of the CTS brand, increase product knowledge and provide recommendations that support merchandising initiatives (new and previously planned) to implement online to drive traffic.
Support email marketing campaigns from concept through execution.
Grow and manage CTS customer list (currently email file.) Develop and execute programs to increase list growth. Work with field on in-store efforts and BBBY team on online marketing (SEO, list purchases, etc.) to increase list size.
Support the relaunch and maintenance of the CTS website.Work closely with Marketing Manager to support production/execution of design, photography and copy. Develop and maintain budgeting, performance tracking and analysis reports. Collaborate with BBBY to leverage expertise and online marketing resources. Develop strong relationships with outside creative/production agencies.
Support the development and launch of CTS social marketing. Provide ongoing content development to ensure engaging, customer-relevant content that communicates the full offering and excitement of CTS stores.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with BBBY SEO, online, and analytics teams to maximize value of online marketing efforts. Manage and maintain reporting histories and library.
Proactively manage projects, schedules and priorities of marketing print and online components to ensure issues are resolved and decisions made to meet timeline and budget expectations.
Education/Skills: (minimum and preferred)
Bachelors degree in Business Administration / Marketing
5 years progressive Marketing / Advertising management experience within a retail setting with an emphasis on digital marketing
MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
