Job Specifications . Assist our partners in the design, deployment and optimization of their ecommerce initiative by driving best-practices" by developing marketing & promotional plans across all channels.
. Knowledge of a wide array of digital marketing efforts, including Email, site Monetization, SEM, SEO, Media, Social Media Optimization, Client Services, Affiliate Marketing, Audience Testing and Web Analytics.
. Optimization of customer's online business through continuous and recurring conversion and site analysis
. Assist analytics team tracking implementation, data analysis, data auditing, LTV and report construction. Provide regular feedback to vendors and management on brand performance of programs.
. Business pitch & new client onboarding for available marketing promotions. Responsible for developing ecommerce revenue opportunities, including new category growth, media programs and strategic partnerships with new and current vendors.
. Partner with multiple marketing and IT teams on development and implementation of programs and intiatives.
. Manage budgets and charge backs from vendors to meet yearly financial goals.
. Must have energetic and entrepreneurial flair for strategic planning and execution of marketing programs driving awareness, differentiation and product demand. Equally accomplished in both public and mid-stage company environments, with technology offerings retail consumer markets.
. Strengths lie in strategy development, content creation, integrated program planning and execution, leading large cross-functional and international teams and high quality business and creative writing. Detail and quality-oriented, with strong collaboration and cross-cultural communication skills
Job Requirements . 5-7 years ecommerce experience
. Bachelor's degree
. Knowledge of Microsoft office, endeca, and omniture
. Excellent communication and organizational skills
. Project management experience
. Ability to work in a team environment
