Job Specifications Bed Bath & Beyond is expanding it''s operations and is opening a new E-commerce Fulfillment Center located in Pendergrass, GA. We are seeking accomplished hands on Human Resources Managers to build and guide our team.
Responsibilities include recruitment, interviewing, employee relations, performance management, training and various administrative functions for our soon to open E-commerce Fulfillment Center. This position will be responsible for assisting with the implementation of all HR programs to ensure business objectives and requirements are being met in a timely manner.
Job Requirements Qualifications include at least 2-3 years Human resources Management experience, preferably in a fast paced warehouse/fulfillment center/retail environment. The successful candidate must be self directed and energetic with excellent interpersonal, relationship building, organization and written/verbal communication skills, proficient in MS Office Suite with a working knowledge of HRIS systems. SPHR/PHR certification and Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
