Job Specifications This position, which will support the buybuyBaby concept of Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. This District level candidate is responsible for the sourcing, recruiting, screening and interviewing of our future store management staff, both to augment our existing store staff, and to staff new stores as we grow the Brand. Given the autonomy to 'own your own business' the DHRM oversees general HR operating procedures and audits, consults with store management on employee issues-including employee relations, compensation, benefits, and the disciplinary process, and conducts HR training workshops for the management team; as well as assisting with new store openings/orientations for a specific group of stores. Additionally, the DHRM will work with the Corporate Human Resource Team, and with their Field Leadership Team, to identify and resolve work place issues.
Job Requirements Qualifications include at least 2-3 years Human Resources experience with an emphasis on recruiting with a retail background.
We are looking for a DHRM responsible for a territory covering New York to Virginia.
