Job Specifications Christmas Tree Shops, a member of the Bed Bath & Beyond family of stores, is growing and so is our need for experienced Merchandise Allocators in our Union, NJ office.

Responsible for executing allocation strategies for assigned departments.
Utilize tools designed to analyze sku/store performances in order implement allocations that will maximize sales and minimize inventory liabilities.
Create ad-hoc reporting as needed to drive allocation decisions.
Partner with Allocation Manager and Merchandise Planners to ensure Company/Departmental inventory strategies are being accomplished.
Trouble-shoot and resolve allocation issues in a timely manner with warehouse teams.
Job Requirements 2 - 5 years retail allocation/planning experience
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel
Strong analytical kills
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to multitask
