We are looking for individuals with Softlines Retail experience, to fill the Clothing Lead role within our store. The Clothing Lead must have experience with clothing merchandising, adjacencies, and signage. (Specialty apparel knowledge and experience ideal.) S/He will maintain Visual Standards for their department, in addition to supporting Store Management throughout the Store. The Clothing Lead is responsible for maintaining in-stock position through ordering and replenishment, as well as executing POS and Clearance events.
Job Requirements The Clothing Lead must excel at delivering high level, personalized Customer Service, and be able to train/develop staff members to do the same; using product knowledge and key selling skills specific to the Clothing Dept. S/He will drive the selling culture through open communication with Mngt and Associates, by analyzing the business and reacting to sales trends and store initiatives, and maintaining a true customer focus.
