Job Requirements We are looking for individuals with retail experience to fill leadership roles within our store. Basics/Clothing Lead and HBC/Food Lead must have some experience with merchandising and signage, as well as the ability to maintain in stock position through ordering and replenishment; must also excel at delivering high level Customer Service. Front End Supervisor and Baby Registry Lead must have experience in cashiering/customer service department. They will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of Customer Service, and developing lasting relationships with our registrants. Must also maintain the merchandising standards on the front end, and train/develop a strong front end/registry team. Replenishment Process Supervisor will oversee/process daily replenishment and shipment; train/Develop warehouse staff, oversee in home delivery and RTV.
