We are looking for individuals with Retail experience, to fill lead roles within our store. Candidates must have experience with merchandising, adjacencies, and signage. S/He will maintain Visual Standards for their department, in addition to supporting Store Management throughout the Store.
Job Requirements Sales professionals must excel at delivering high level, personalized Customer Service, and be able to train/develop staff members to do the same; using product knowledge and key selling skills specific to the Clothing Dept. S/He will drive the selling culture through open communication with Mngt and Associates, by analyzing the business and reacting to sales trends and store initiatives, and maintaining a true customer focus.
