Bed Bath and Beyond has implemented advanced Customer Relationship Management (CRM) capabilities integrated with its enterprise data warehouse for corporate and field marketing teams. The Marketing Innovation team is responsible for the technology strategy, sourcing, development, deployment, maintenance and end user support for these enterprise capabilities.
Job Requirements Existing and future capabilities include the technology and software applications for enterprise data warehouse, marketing campaign management, real time offer delivery, centralized contact & response history, customer offer & coupon management, optimization and presentation, advanced customer analytics and reporting.
The Sr. Manager, Marketing Innovation will lead multiple customer contact solutions, proven record of implementation and innovation in the CRM area is required. Software applications include SAS EM, EG, MOM, MA, experience with these or similar applications is preferred.
