Description: Belcan is currently looking for a Base Engine Manager:
F119 Base Engine Manager (BEM) includes planning, maintaining BOM and creating engine specific work packages for all required engine maintenance of F119 flight operations.
Initialize and load propulsion system hardware tracking and lifing data in the engine maintenance data bases.
Coordinate problem resolutions with the customer, which includes contractor onsite support staff and company logistics, to include local product and analysis support.
This person will be required to work day and night shifts, obtain a secret security clearance, and a Common Access Card (CAC).

6-8 years experience with the following:
Coordinate engine scheduled maintenance activities
Creating engine specific work packages for all required engine maintenance
Receive and process downloaded engine data from the daily suspenses and utilize that data to track all scheduled engine maintenance requirements within CEMS/IMDS/IMIS DATA BASES
Communicating and coordinating the daily status of all base assigned engines to the squadron maintenance supervision and company employees
Facilitate hardware requisitions with company item managers to ensure all planned maintenance activities are correctly supported
Assure timely and accurate life usage data updates, track propulsion system configuration changes, document significant maintenance actions, and generate forecast reports as required to manage daily maintenance and operations activities
Assist F119 Logistics Site Manager and Field Service Reps in document preparation for conducting Pre and Post Dock meetings
Create Work Packages (WP) for installed and un-installed propulsion systems as required. Perform archiving and filing of inactive WP documents
Interface with F119 Logistics Site Manager in executing the F119 contractor support program to ensure every aspect of F119 base-level engine management interface is provided.

Minimum 3 Years Experience on Jet Engine Engines and Parts Tracking using the follow technical orders, directives, and AIS:

T.O. 2-1-18 Engine Operating Limits
AFCSM 21 Series (IMDS)
AFI 21-101
T.O. 00-20-1 Aerospace Equipment Maintenance Documentation
T.O. 00-5-15 Time Compliance Technical Oder (TCTO)

Computer / Automated Information Systems (AIS):
GIMMS (Global Information Maintenance Management System) browser based GUI front end for CEMS
IBEMS (Integrated Base Engine Management System) ties IMDS and CEMS together
IMDS
