Description: Looking for an Electrical Engineer who has a BSEE and 3-5+ years experience in heavy industrial plant engineering, with design and construction experience and proven project management techniques. Prior experience with Medium Voltage distribution systems, switchgear and motors. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate with all levels of Company personnel as well as outside vendors and suppliers. Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and AutoCAD. Experience with SKM Power Tools Software a plus. Ability to organize large projects and take the lead role of the project?s design, procurement, construction, and start-up activities. Ability to travel 40%.

Description of Duties:
Develops new facility concepts, layouts, operational plans, and engineering cost estimates. Coordinates and manages field installations and start-up of new equipment or modifications to existing plants and equipment, including control of actual costs versus budget. Develops new processing methods and modifications identified by plant operating management to reduce cost and increase efficiency and profitability.
Recommends plant modifications and changes to plant management to include layout, engineering design, cost estimates, and procedures.
Provides engineering consultation for plant maintenance on request. Obtains and analyzes field data. Directs the cost-effective resolution of electrical problems. Manage the repairs of large horsepower motors.
Conduct/Manage Predictive and preventative maintenance. Analyze Utility bills and usage. Performs other projects as assigned.
