The Advanced Engineering and Technology Division (AETD) of Belcan is a global provider of highly technical engineering services to a wide variety of industries.

Belcan Corporation is looking to expand our service in the Cincinnati, OH area and is seeking experienced Product Service Engineer ? Field Event Investigations in Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Requirements: Essential Functions (Responsibilities):

? Take ownership and responsibility for investigating and documenting of field events.
? Lead a cross functional team to investigate field incidents
? Provide workscopes to investigative laboratories for analysis of failed hardware.
? Develop shop teardown workscopes for engines which have experienced field events.
? Provide status updates to customers and GE customer facing team members.
? Provide written Root Cause findings reports to customers.
? Meet with customers to discuss findings and recommendations.
? Provide technical support to Aero Energy customers and GE customer facing team via CiTRAS/PAC/SMART systems.
? Some Off-Hour availability required.
? Meet targets for execution of field root cause investigations, determine site containment actions and potential fleet impact & long term containment.

Qualifications/Requirements:
? Minimum of 7 years of gas turbine technology experience.
? BS degree or above in a technical discipline.
? Demonstrated ability to represent GE in customer communications.
? Demonstrated ability to interact successfully in a matrixed organization.
? Knowledge of Apollo RCA methodology
? U.S. Citizenship Required
? Work local to Cincinnati, Ohio or Houston, Texas
