Description: Lead Engineer ? Controls Design

We are currently looking for a Lead Engineer ? Controls Design to work in our AETD West Palm Beach, FL Office. The work responsibilities and job requirements are below.
Work Responsibilities:
- Develop engine transient schedules and logic: such as accel/decel schedules, stall margin
protection, etc
- Develop engine control regulators including all actuation inner loops, and engine outer loops
- Develop system level FDA
- Input/Output Signal Management
- Verify control design against transient and dynamic performance requirements
- Define tests and conduct simulations to validate against requirements

Requirements:
- BS/MS/PhD Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering,
Mathematics, or Physics
- 10 year or above experience with turbine engine operation, performance and systems
- Familiar with electrical/sensing/fuel system and component design, test and analysis tools
- Strong computer skills in Matlab/Simulink and Office Sofware (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook),
programming experience, linear analysis skills

Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
