Description: Belcan is seeking a Liaison Engineer who- Efficiently coordinates activities to evaluate and resolve engineering-related production problems encountered in assigned areas of aircraft.Reviews production schedules, engineering specifications, orders and related information to maintain current knowledge of repair methods, procedures and activities in assigned area. Effectively confers with quality control and other department personnel to provide technical support. Effectively interprets engineering drawings and facilitates correction of errors on drawings and documents identified during manufacturing operations. Effectively investigates reports of defective, damaged parts, assemblies, equipment or systems to determine nature and scope of problem. Effectively examines, measures, inspects or tests defective parts for conformance to engineering design drawings or blueprints
Requirements: Has a minimum of five years? experience in aircraft maintenance commercial airplanes in the capacity of Sheetmetal (Structures). Holds current A & P license in good standing. Has demonstrable ability to accurately read blueprints, IPCs, Mms, Sbs, Is attentive to accuracy and detail. Can accurately locate and identify aircraft components, systems, zones, stringers, stations, etc.
